User Agreement

1. Grant of Permission (Optional)
    I grant Serecky Photography permission to use photographs and/or videos from my session for the following purposes:
       • Portfolio (website, print, or digital)
       • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.
       • Marketing and promotional materials
       • Studio display and advertising

2. Revocation
  I understand that I may withdraw my consent in writing at any time; however, images already published may not be able to be removed from all platforms.

   I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my images in marketing materials.

   If the subject is under 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to grant or deny permission.
